Poor Service

My parcel is been with so called Fastway courier since 22nd December from BoB shop and they updating the same update since the 23rd December that my parcel has been scanned and will be out for delivery on the next delivery day. I have never seen such a useless courier company, when I call them they keep on hold for forever with no help nor answer and their whattsapp is so useless it tells you the same update you see when tracking the order. Too bad Bob shop can't do anything about it as Fastway has already collected the my order. Useless poor service courier company I've ever seen.
