Poor service

Poor service i got from Polokwane fastway Couries , i waited for my parcel since Monday stating that is out for delivery, today when they deliver it there was no call from the driver updating that his bringing my parcel so that i can be aware of that funny enough i was home waiting , infact he gave me a miss call and when i call him back immediately he told his still around my area but he need to attend some other client i must not talk to him anything i must just call the office and drop my calls i mean who does that to the customer because when you coming to deliver the driver must call me in time so that i can be aware , cannot sit at home waiting for the driver(called Henny ) to deliver all day... i have been speaking with the office team since from Tuesday all they say is that is out for delivery, i also spoke to Darren Nicholls and he promise to phone me back after he speaks to the driver even now am still waiting and he never did, its really disappointing as a manager to promise customers that you will give feedback the next thing you don't give feedback as you promised and told him that i was expecting my order on Tuesday and still not delivered . what gave me a frustration is the driver how he talks to the customers he was rude and never took my calls when him call back
