Poor service delivery - Fastway Courier service

My parcel arrived in JHB 3 days ago from Dbn. I was told two days ago that ide recieve it but still nothing. Their WhatsApp Chat service is slow to respond. Very bad service Fastway. They don’t send e-mail updates like other couriers. Salon500 please stop using Fastway. The courier guy is way mor efficient!
