Poor Service Delivery

Fastway Nelspruit was a good courier, until they decided to divert all their telephone calls to Polokwane. The drivers are apparently contracted in to deliver, and now our driver has changed. The new driver does not reflect under their website, the old driver is still reflected as doing deliveries. Their contact numbers are on this site but the details have not been updated. The new driver takes exception if you contact him, and deliberately delays delivery of your parcel as punishment. I have unfortunately been forced to use an alternative courier company. A business is only as good as the people whom work for it.
