Poor service delivery and processes

Worst processes ever. Package was send to me from Johannesburg to Cape Town because I'm staying in Western cape. Now I hear because I'm staying in Vredendal Package Must first be send to Bloemfontein to send it back a 3rd party in cape Town to be deliver it to me.... meanwhile I must just wait for 2 weeks for Package to get to me that is suppose to take 3 working days...
