Poor service delivery

<p>Is it standard practice for your drivers to simply just hoot when delivering a package? What is the use of a delivery contact number on the package if you are not going to make use of it. My package was on the courier for delivery this morning at 7:57 and when I check later to see why I have not yet received it, the tracking shows that it is back at the depot? Now tomorrow is public holiday so you are not working, Friday I am working in Johannesburg so there will not be someone to collect it which means that I will now only received the package on Tuesday.
