Poor service delivery

My parcel has been in the courier vehicle since last week Thursday. When i enquired about it- I was told it would be delivered on Friday by 5pm. It’s Monday and I haven’t received anything. This is the worst courier company. Surely If the driver ran out of time on Thursday, he should start their on Friday. It’s ridiculous
