Poor service delivery

This courier is ridiculous,the people that work at the call center are very rude and they put you on hold for a very long time once you start asking question. I was meant to receive my parcel on the 25th of November 2020 but it keeps on being sent back to the South Bay. The driver Luvuyo is very rude. I think they should just change the name to Slow way....their service is very poor and unacceptable they treat customers like trash.
