Poor service

I have been waiting for my parcel from Fastway couriers, everyday I receive an email that it is out for delivery but it never arrives. I have not received any communication from the driver who has my parcel. I called the office and was told that the parcel will be delivered before 5pm yesterday 16 January, now it’s 17:10 17 January, still no communication from the driver, no parcel. I ordered labels to mark the kids’ stationery, the schools opened and I still have no labels thanks to Fastway couriers
