Poor Service

Fastway Couriers Pretoria Dep is so unprofessional, I got a message this morning confirming that my parcel is out for delivery. Upon enquiry of who the driver was, I struggled just to get through reception. A driver by the name of Kholofelo dropped the phone on my ear and before that he told me that he has my parcel by mistake and my address was not his route.

I have a function tomorrow and I have been waiting for this parcel.
