Poor service

Do I really have to give that one star??? Personally I think it's an absolute waste!!! What kind of parcel is "ON BOARD" from 08:35???? You should really consider changing your name to a more suitably disappointing name because there is absolutely NOTHING fast about your service. We have closed shop now, I'm sure the parcel will still be "on board" throughout the evening!
