Poor service

One star is also to much for them to be fair. They can as well change the name to snail way. I usually wait 24hours from China even if it on weekends since I paid customs I'm waiting almost a week now. Trying to call I receive no answer I bot refer me to a WhatsApp number which is also poor. I only receive multiple massages when I thread the that I will report there service😞
