Poor Service

Ordered 06/11/2024 from Ambassodor4u 06/11/2024 parcel picked up 07/11/2024 parcel left East Bay 08/11/2024 parcel onboard courier vehicle 11/11/2024 received call at 16:30 that i must come collect my parcel at shell garage by 17:00.

How is that possible i paid for things to be derived to my home now I'm being asked to come collect my things at a place far from where I live. The lady says they have a lot of deliveries and they are managing, How is that my problem, I asked her when they will deliver she said she doesnt know.
