Poor Service... but expected for the price

Let me first start of by saying that they delivered my new Graphics Card from Cape Town to durban for only R65.

That being said, I wasn't very impressed with them. Firstly, their tracking system is pathetic, with my parcel 'taking' 4 days to travel from the CT depot to Durban. Still, i could live with that.

What really irritates me is that they don't operate on Saturdays, which means that if you buy something that's in another city or province on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, you wont be getting it until the next week.

Perhaps that most irritating thing was that they didn't phone to inform me that my order was in Durban or that they were delivering - i had to check the tracker on my own. Not to mention that every time i heard a car driving past my house, i was scrambling to put on my mask and get out, in case it was them.

Still, i cant really complain - they delivered my product to me safely and it was excellently wrapped (Not sure if that was them or Wootware?)

So in conclusion - if you can afford to get someone better or simply want your product quickly then don't use Fastway. They're basically the budget option
