poor service, back yard operation.

with what has taken so far over a week to get one parcel delivered, i would not recommend using this courier. twice the y have notified me the parcel is out for delivery, and twice its been a no-show, no calls from the driver, just a simple no-show. i eventually call their hub, spoke to a women to confirm what was going on. she said there was a problem with the address, i enquired as to why nobody called if they were having issues, had no response. i then asked if the drivers used Google maps as my address is listed on the platform, she said oh some do, some don't. as of today no delivery.
