Poor Service

I ordered items from Temu, on the day of delivery after paying my duties the courier guy is telling me they cannot deliver in my house I must meet him in the mall because of safety reasons "Hammarsdale is not safe".

My question is why are they taking deliveries from Hammarsdale if it's not safe and how are they expecting me to pay for transport to go to the mall collect my parcel when already paid for courier
