Poor service at Fastway couriers

This is the most pathetic and useless company we’ve ever dealt with. Our order has been delayed for over a week with zero communication. They promised delivery last week but never showed up and didn’t bother to notify us. Their customer service is nonexistent, and their incompetence is beyond unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this joke of a business. Clearly have no idea how to run a proper operation. Absolute disgrace!
