Poor service and unprofessional
I am very disappointed with this courier company as they promised to deliver my parcel from Temu today but non of my parcel was delivered. They are very unprofessional, do not take their work serious. Do not understand the customer's needs and don't serve to run this company.

Then I tried to call them yesterday no one picks up my calls which shows that they are not responsible and they do not care. I'm very angry with Fastway Couriers in SA. This company must not operate. Bad customer service, poor communication service, more excuses, more and more lies and delays
