Poor service and system aren't user friendly

Poor service Their system of doing things aren't user friendly.. Been waiting for my parcel over a month, apparently the system is querying an outstanding duty and customs fee which i paid the day they send me an sms informing me that l need to pay tax.

Haven't received my parcel to this day.. I have made endless calls and efforts to get my parcel but it has been an epic fail.
