Poor service and rude staff

Kindly assist..my daughter done online purchase with shein the courier that was supposed to deliver her parcel on friday 2 May.they never delivered,instead they sent her a text on Sunday 5 and asked her to meet at the certain garage far away to where she stays..then on Tuesday they told her that her parcel was sent back to the depot. Fastway courier. We called this nr*** around 18:13 and the lady answered the phone and told her she will never get her parcels and insulted her..so disrespectful on the phone..all I want is my parcel to be delivered as soon as possible.
