POOR SERVICE AND POOR COMMUNICATION

On Tuesday 2, March 2021 my parcel was picked up in Johannesburg by them for delivery to me in Midrand. Over the next 4 days until today, 5 March 2021 the parcel kept moving from Johannesburg to Pretoria, back to Johannesburg, and to Pretoria again. I decided to call them and I was told to call their depot in Pretoria where I call was transferred until I ran out of airtime. After numerous attempts, I was told that the issue is being sorted and I will get a call in a few minutes but nobody called back.
