Poor service and neglect by Fastway couriers. Never use Fast Coureer

Twice my suppliers used Fastway to deliver my Goods 1) it was the beverage suppliers. 2) Temu & buffalo used them to deliver my items within a 15km radius but failed to deliver (in the metropolitan- one of the top suburbs near highways N1/N3/M1. They take no responsibility at all and dare will NOT Apologize. I have never experienced any challenge with any courier coming BUT Fastway. From today when I order stuff - I wanna know which courier company will deliver - without that I am not ordering. Worse of all their staff don’t understand escalation - or as am told by the call center - managers are only available at times (working hours) and hence there is no escalation.
