Poor Service and *****!!!

<p>I was called by a guy from Fastway Couriers in Bloemfontein at 17:12 to inform me that they are outside to deliver my parcel. I missed their call and called them back at 17:17 and by that time they told me they left already and they are in Bloemfontein CBD. I followed up to found out where they are, and they informed me that they are leaving already going to JHB.... </p> <p>No one informed me that I will be receiving parcel today and driving from my place to CBD takes more than 20 minutes..I am still waiting for my parcel....Their service is poor and I will inform the service provider!!!!</p>
