Poor service and lack of communication from Fastway Couriers

I am a small business owner in a small village in Mpumalanga. Since I opened my shop in mid-2023 I have made use of Fastway Couriers. They were cost effective and I liked the idea of them using local people to distribute from their Newcastle depot.

HOWEVER, I am now very disillusioned. My stock arrived in the depot on the 18th of February and today upon enquiry I was told it will be delivered on Saturday the 1st of March! That after they promised to deliver at the latest today. Communicating via their WhatsApp number is totally unsatisfactory and once they provide an answer the call is closed, whether or not you want to still ask another question. Upon finding the depot's telephone number online I was told that the manager was not in!!!

I will sadly be changing couriers.
