Poor service and lack of communication.

I have been waiting for my delivery for days. I have made some multiple calls to follow-up on my order and no one can assist me. I am running out of ideas hence i'm here now. The tracking site was last updated on the 9/05/2012 Status: Parcel left South Bay and will be delivered on the next schedule delivery. Since then i have been running around trying to find out the where about of my parcel.
