Poor service and empty promises by Fastway

As per Fastway I was suppose to receive my goods on Wednesday 02/05/2018 due to the long weekend, On Wednesday I waited and I did not receive anything.

On Thursday 03/05/2018 I waited I even called in ( ********** ) I was promised that i will have my package before 15:00, and I still waited... I did not receive anything.

On Friday 04/05/2018 I still waited and I called again around 15:00, Spoke to a very friendly lady who kept me holding on the phone for a while and told me that she had contact the driver to check how he is with my package, the lady came back to me and advised that the driver was stuck in traffic I should have my package in 30-45 minutes, I still waited the driver never arrived.

Fastway why don't you just change the company name to Slow-way because there is nothing fast with the service you are providing, all I have received so far is empty promises and extremely poor service.

Since it is Friday today and fastway does not work on weekends I wonder how many month I have to wait for my package which I should have received on Wednesday 02/05/2018. your service is pathetic!!!
