Poor Service and Delivery 2 Occassions

Previously we had good to be delivered to us with Fastway and they failed to deliver on time. Now one of our suppliers sent our goods from Cape Town and said it would be delivered on Tuesday. After contacting Fastway, they informed us it will be here Wednesday, Wednesday passed and still no goods so today we contact them and they tell us there was an accident, after speaking to so many people including the managers which are no help at all, one of the other colleagues we get through tell us it will be delivered tomorrow as they forgot to load it on the truck to Nelspruit. What fly by night company is this, never delivers on time, no body knows what's going on including the managers who say there is nothing they can do. Really pathetic service ... we have our function starting tonight and our goods are not here. what does one do in a situation like this ... Fastway is poor poor poor delivery company and I will never recommend them to anyone. the reason their prices are cheap is because you get what you pay for .. simple ...
