Poor service and are proud of it!!

Fastway were at my premises twice - not waiting more than 20 seconds for me to collect - They just leave and state 'we are unable to effect delivery' - very unprofessional - I guess I would have to wait for the 3rd attempt - No wonder!!! by looking at the time that they respond to reviews, they are not much interested it their customers. 'Tomorrow is always another day for fastway'!!!
