Poor service and administation

I have been waiting for a parcel for two weeks now between Durban and Richards bay. None of the consultants are able to help me they keep taking my cell number but never call back until i feel the need to follow up again. Their most famous responce is i will call you back Mam fot two weeks . I can definately say with no doubt tha they lost my parcel and are failling to come up with remedial action. Before they lost my parcel the tracking number was 2r***
