Poor Service

Had a bad experience with this courier company. Waited almost 2 weeks for my item. And I eventually had to fetch it myself at the depot in Cape Town because the driver's car deleviring in my area was broken. I could not understand how that was my problem and it was not also communicated with me. At the end of the communication is key. If they could've just kept me in the loop of things it would've been handled better. Poor service from their side.
