POOR SERVICE

Their service is the absolute pits, they have no customer service, they don't answer calls, I cannot believe they still in business. We had a parcel sent "overnight" from Jnb, left Jnb on the 30th and here on the 3rd of January, what feels like 10 000 phone calls later and still no parcel. I was advised that we could collect and when we went to the depot then told a different story. The packages must still be be booked in etc etc. I am so over this.
