Poor service

I am very disgusted with their services. My parcel was out for delivery on Tuesday already and when I look at the tacking history it has been out for delivery and back at the hub every day. It is now Friday and now I got an email to say they couldn't deliver today as they couldn't get hold of me. Utter nonsense I was home the whole day and my phone didn't even rang. So now I have to wait until Monday because they don't deliver over weekends. This is shocking the service.
