Poor service

Fastway Couriers have returned my parcel. They claim that they tried to deliver a parcel twice and that noone was home. This was not the case. They simply did not not ring the bell more did they reach out for alternative arrangements. I tried calling multiple times and the call centre was busy. The recorded message directed me to their WhatsApp line. But this is very limited and not helpful in my case. I do wish Temu would use a more professional outfit.
