Poor service

It is with great sadness that since the 20th December my parcel has been with your courier company and to this date, I haven't received it. Every day it's a different log and no promise of getting my childs school labels and schools are opening tomorrow.

This is definitely not the service I signed up for - you promise fast delivery but I am not receiving it.
