Poor service

I received notification via email from Fastway Couriers stating that my parcel was received. I've been trying to track my parcel online for two days but it just says parcel not scanned on system. I called the cape Town office and they say they have not received it. Unfortunately no one is able to assist me which is unacceptable. Can someone look into my delivery and give me some feedback
