Poor Service

Company: Fastway Couriers Title: Constant Delays & No Communication – Very Poor Service

Review: Fastway Couriers has shown zero improvement in their service. Last year, I waited an entire week for a parcel that was “out for delivery” every day but never arrived. I got no response to emails or WhatsApp messages.

Today, it’s happening again. I’ve been waiting since 8 AM for a delivery that was due today — still nothing, and again no replies from customer service. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating.

I wouldn’t recommend Fastway to anyone who values their time and peace of mind. Your service needs serious improvement.
