Poor service

Poor customer service.They received my parcel last week and still not delivered. I called in yesterday to enquire about it and I was informed I can collect because my address is "close" to them. I refused and was informed it will be delivered following day,I guess what is 4pm havent received the parcel. I have been calling the office the whole day with no response.Lack of professionalism
