Poor service

The service at fastway couriers is really disappointing, I'm awaiting a delivery since last week unfortunately no one was available to receive the parcel, I have made numerous phone calls on most occasions there is no answer and even if they do I'm told all sorts of different stories I was told on friday parcel will be delivered on monday, only to call monday and I'm told I need to send a email only to be given the wrong email address. When I call today while talking to a consultant the call gets cut when i call back there's no answer like most times, they do not call me back to inform me what's happening with my delivery, really disappointing.
