Poor service

man, let me tell you about my experience with Fastway courier *** service. I was expecting a package and waited patiently for 5 whole days, but guess what? No delivery! And to make things even more frustrating, there was zero communication from their end. I tried calling them multiple times, but the calls just wouldn't go through. I even resorted to messaging them on WhatsApp, but no response there either. It's like they fell off the face of the earth or something! But hey, at least now I know better than to trust Fastway courier *** service for any of my future deliveries. They really dropped the ball on this one.Still haven’t received my package, I get messages that it will be delivered everyday and nothing happens, I track the package, each morning it’s signed off for delivery then booom nothing it’s taken back to the warehouse. Track and trace number CR***, Someone call me on *** and resolve this mess
