**** poor service

It would be a big fat ZERO if that was possible. The drivers are lazy f*cks who lie about trying to contact you. I got an email saying the courier couldn't contact me when HE NEVER TRIED. Today, I received another email saying my parcel is on its way then one IMMEDIATELY after that said they couldn't reach me. NOBODY CALLED ME OR MY GATE! And this is after I called this morning and was promised my package is in its way.

I wasted a whole day waiting for my delivery when I could've gotten so much done. Pathetic delivery service.
