Poor service.

I wonder why suppliers still use fastway corriers for their deliveries... What a poor service from loosing parcels and rude customer srvirse personnel...

I have ordered a fuel pump it marks 14 days without any delivery..when I enquire with them last weak they sent me a email of lies telling me my parcel have being collected from the supplier.. Good morning

Please note courier advised he collected parcels there were ready.

Only to find is all lies, when I enquire we the suplier.. They ddnt want to accept they lost my parcel.. No when I equre that's when they mark that my parcel is in the courier and will be delivered to me.. What a pathetic service. They even does not seem to care about anyone's review... They dnt even deserve even a rating at all..
