Poor service

My parcel was suppose to be deliver to me yesterday and was sent back to the west bay and the same thing has happened today. I am not sure why they are loading the parcel but not delivering it on two occasions now. Is there something ********** going on because the supervisor from the durban office told me she spoke to the driver and he was going to drop off the parcel between 4.30pm and 5pm today but he never showed up. NA*** IS THE TRACKING NUMBER PLEASE ENSURE THIS PARCEL IS DELIVERED FIRST THING ON MONDAY MORNING. VERY BAD SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY.
