Poor service

I have purchased an item from Shein at the beginning of April ...it is the 26 April and I have still not received my package. The driver appeared by our gate on the 23rd April asking to be allowed in ...I told the guards to let him know I am at work...he called me from his cell phone...I arranged I will be at home on the 25th April 2024.. at 11 30am I called the driver to see where he is ...he did not have my package.. and make a plan ...we waited the whole afternoon for him ..he did not pitch up...now this morning he tried get hold of at 7 whilst I was in the bath...I returned the call but it said that I have no permission to call it is out of working hours.... When I finally called the company the lady says that I should come collect the item myself on the way to Durban...I said this is totally unacceptable as I paid for my delivery.....I am trying to arrange from Tuesday with ur team for delivery and I made myself available for Thursday...now I am asking that they come before 12 today and that is a problem...I am trying to understand the issue here ...if he knew he did not deliver why did he nor prioritize my delivery...he claimed he called me 2 twice in morning and I did not pick up ..I told I was on the bath and tried to return his call but it did not allow me....very very poor service ..Shein please don't use this company..the driver even accused me of lying...
