Poor service

My name is nokuphiwa ive been trying to get hold of the company since 7th december to change my delivery address to no avail. The driver just called me telling me he is hooting at the gate first of all why did he not call me before he came to my house? When i gave him an alternatibe address he told me he already passed dunlop, what am i supposed to do now cause i am in PE these are christmas clothes for my kids hour service is really poor. I keep on calling the PMB servive line but no one is picking up. The whatsapp number they give out is very useless
