POOR SERVICE

<p>I've ordered a parcel that was send from Klerksdorp which needed to be delivered to me in Centurion - Gauteng.</p> <p>The parcel with tracking no: RA*** was picked up in Klerksdorp on 19/05.</p> <p>On 24/05 the sender and I find out that the parcel was incorrectly delivered in Welkom - Free state. Singed and delivered to the incorrect recipient.</p> <p>Since then we are trying to find out where the parcel is. On 30/05 both the sender and I spoke toe the Bloemfontein branch to provide us with a new tracking no, only to find out that the parcel did not reached the Bloemfontein depot yet. The manager of Bloemfontein said he will contact the sender with a new track & trace no which the sender had to pay for again. Up until today 01/06 we haven't received any communication from them.</p> <p>This is very very poor service. Will never make use of your service in the future.</p>
