Poor Service

I was given a number from one call center to the other, just to track my parcel only to find out that it has been in Pretoria for more than 48hours but could not be delivered on time for 2 days. The driver told me to wait for him after hours at work so that he can deliver, otherwise he will deliver on Monday. Can it really take a while whole week to bring a parcel from PE to Pretoria, that's just ridiculous. FastWay, nope try SlowWay.
