Poor service

Yesterday I call in regarding a single satchel and an assistant by the name of nono was very unhelpful first she told me I could get one from the driver and then I told her that I he said I couldn't, so clearly she didn't know herself along with her groggy and annoying behaviour she really left me clueless

Never the less I sent a parcel in a national satchel because the customer had needed it asap the box was jutting out and the driver told me it's not acceptable so I had reopened it and removed the packaging in order for it to fit , I did receive a threat saying "you watch " and of course the next day I had my customer telling me that her items had come broken

I have referred 2 other customers to them previously and Its very unsatisfying to have the driver who you call the next day screaming at you . If I didn't buy in bulk I would have definitely changed my courier company immediately unfortunately I will have to wait for it to come to an end
