Poor Service

Two days I was kept waiting for delivery. Since Wednesday 21-12-2022 I received emails stating that I can expect delivery on 22-12-2022, nothing. Then on Friday 23-12-3022 also received email to expect delivery and nothing has happened. I phoned the Durban branch without any luck. No answer. Not one form of communication to inform me of any possible delays or anything.

Poor poor service.
