Poor service.

This company should really change its name to Slowmo. I have been waiting for delivery of a parcel for 4 days. Apparently was at my house to deliver, saying I wasn't here at a certain time. Lie! I was waiting for it the whole day. 2 days later still waiting on delivery. Confirmed in the morning the driver has the parcel. Phoned again at 16:34...just to hear the driver left the parcel at the depot but did deliver a parcel 5 houses down the road. I have no words.
