POOR SERVICE

I have been waiting for my parcel since from yesterday (01August 2024) I phoned their consultants yesterday around 16:30pm I was told i will get my parcel before 18:00pm if not in the morning. This morning again I phoned they made a promise then again around 16:45pm still promises I phoned for times four times. The consultant said he phoned the driver promised he will deliver today still nothing. You have the worst service ever this companies that are you using your services they must just consider using other companies. You really don't know how to manage your business. I AM SO DISSAPPOINTED IF I WILL EVER GET MY PARCEL.
